Our Founder

Dr. Anderson envisioned the ZenLife Project after working with the senior community for six years and gaining a deep understanding of the physical and psychological needs of this population.

Dr. Anderson has more than 20 years of experience practicing acupuncture, Oriental medicine, and functional medicine as a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida. For the past six years, he has worked closely with seniors and veterans, helping them heal from chronic pain and injuries.

His medical degrees include Bachelors of health science, Master degree in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL and a Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine from the prestigious Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, CA.

Dr. Anderson's academic training in the United States and abroad includes auricular acupuncture training from Dr. Raul Nogier MD. (France), oncology acupuncture training from Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY., Acupoint Injection therapy from Biopuncture founder Dr. Jen Kersschot MD. (Belgium) and Prolozone Injection therapy for knee and arthritic joint pain.

In 2014 Dr. Anderson founded the Wellness Project Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on using acupuncture in helping cancer patients relieve the harsh side effect of chemotheray.
