At Zen Life, we are dedicated to helping people improve their well-being by removing pain and discomfort and restoring vibrant health. We believe in an integrated, cooperative and complementary healing community. We do what is best for the patient. Zen Life is centered in Ascent Therapy Clinics in Littleton. Ascent Therapy Clinics continues to be a leader in Physical Therapy and Wellness for over 14 years. We have a new location on Tuesdays and Thursdays in DTC! ONE Yoga! Same complex but on the west side. Saturday afternoon appointments will still be Ascent DTC.
We believe in helping patients help themselves. Everyone is unique. Treatments include recommendations that the patient can do between treatments, with the goal to reduce and ultimately eliminate the treatments. We are here to help you improve your quality of life, not to treat the same symptoms indefinitely. The best practitioner keeps the patient healthy rather than treating disorders.
